Chaperone Duties

Parents of students are asked to serve as chaperones for at least one event during the season.

Parents may choose to serve in the set-up of the event, arranging decorations and refreshments or at an event.

At Cotillion events parent chaperones assist students at check-in and with refreshments.

Chaperones may be asked to assist with music or taking photographs.

As students leave, chaperones participate in the "chaperone line," shaking hands and exchanging courtesies with students.

Chaperones are needed to serve at Club Cotillion events, assisting with check-in, refreshments, photography, and break-down/packing.
